Patrick Cullen

He is a member of MRP’s Acquisitions and Investments team. With a focus in leasing, he identifies new opportunities across all asset classes and has been directly involved in Washington DC and Philadelphia acquisitions, totaling more than $235 million in capitalization. He also is responsible for business plan implementation and execution for several MRP assets. He received a B.A. in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is currently pursuing his Master of Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
