Patrick Chen

Patrick Chen is the co-founder of United Trust Realty. He has over 15 years of experience in residential real estate development, commercial real estate investing and private equity fund investments. Patrick has been in charge of over 1.65 million square feet of residential and mixed-use developments, currently actively operates over 400,000 square feet of commercial spaces and has been involved in investing in over 200 start-up companies all over the world. Patrick graduated with an MBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Antai Business School.
