Founding CitiQuest Properties during the 2008 housing market crisis was a bold move for Patrick Burbridge. But his resiliency against the turbulent economy and ability to come out the other side even more strongly positioned than when he started is a testament to his commitment, integrity, teamwork, and inspiration (CITI). Patrick has since added unparalleled value to Houston’s new construction development projects and the broader real estate market while generating over $1 billion in transactions. Patrick’s mother is Mexican, and his father is from the U.S. He spent his early years in Queretaro, Mexico, moved to Houston as a teenager, and attended the University of Houston. After earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and finance, he launched his career in development, construction, land acquisition, and sales. By the time Patrick founded CitiQuest Properties, he had conceived a unique vision of the industry that enabled him to carve out a worthy niche within a sprawling metropolis. Patrick’s well-rounded expertise in “ground-up” real estate has played a direct role in revitalizing established neighborhoods and shaping up-and-coming communities. His leadership qualities have further influenced his team of agents, who uphold their collective practices and standards when working alongside clients and partners alike. Patrick’s consultative approach has earned him the business of many of Houston’s top developers; other clients include first-time and seasoned buyers, downsizers, investors, and young professionals who desire to live near the city centers. Patrick is also active in the communities he serves in his personal time. He volunteers to help provide meals to children in need, and one of his short-term goals is to support charities that provide free surgery to repair cleft lips and palates and other facial differences in children and young adults.
