Patrick Benoist
Patrick Benoist is a First Vice President with CBRE's Texas Capital Markets Institutional Properties team based in Dallas. TX. He specializes in the sale of office investment properties for institutional clients. With more than 10 years of real estate experience, Mr. Benoist was previously a Director on the acquisitions team at CBRE Global Investors (CBREGI). In this role he focused on sourcing transactions on behalf of the firm's various funds and separate account mandates investing in office, industrial, and retail assets across and the Southeast US region. Prior to joining CBREGI, Patrick was a Director in CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business in Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, he worked in the Client Solutions function within GWS, supporting the delivery of business development pursuits and go-to-market strategies. Patrick started his career in commercial mortgage brokerage with CBRE Capital Markets based in Dallas.
