Patricia Sutherland

As a Retail Advisor at Winmar Advisory, Patricia Sutherland specializes in both landlord and tenant retail representation in the Washington, D.C. metro area. In this role, her primary responsibilities include providing strategic market expertise, targeted site selection, research analysis and transactional services. Prior to Winmar, Patricia worked at CBRE as a Marketing Specialist for an Advisory and Transaction services team in the Downtown Washington, D.C. office. Patricia was responsible for the execution of marketing efforts for over 30 listings totaling 30 million square feet. She worked directly with a variety of clients from institutional ownerships to local developers and led marketing plan development, strategic positioning, advertising, content marketing and events. Patricia received her Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University and is a licensed salesperson in Washington, D.C. Outside of Winmar, Patricia dedicates a lot her time to running her event planning business, enjoys staying active (with either a HIIT or Pilates class) and loves to support other small businesses within the DMV area. When she’s not working directly with clients, you can find her out and about retail shopping – Both in-person and online!
