After investing in commercial properties in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and Ocala Pat decided that she wanted to focus on a career in Commercial Real Estate. She has been Commercial Agents at Bill Rodgers Realty since 2003 and has facilitated over $10 million dollars in Real Estate transactions. She chose this firm because it is one of the oldest and most respected Brokerages servicing Marion County since 1963. For the last 12 years, she has worked with many investors, (sellers and buyers), commercial property owners, developers and retail tenants, finding them locations that work for their particular situations and investment needs. Pat helps analyze acquisition, disposition strategies and calculate values using current and historical market knowledge. She also assists to understand and navigate local government regulations in an effort to maximize, buyer, seller, and tenant goals and minimize costs.
