Patricia Owings, Senior Broker-Associate with Strategic Sites, has over 20 years of experience in commercial sales and leasing of retail, investments, office, multi- family, and land. Patricia currently has multiple listings throughout the state of Florida selling land, retail centers, and office buildings. Patricia works with numerous international, national, regional and local clients including: Dunkin Donuts, Pusser’s Bar & Grill, RaceTrac, KFC, Sherwin Williams, V Steak, V Pizza, AutoNation, and Gate Properties. As evidence of dedication to the real estate industry, Patricia has been an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) for over 15 years. In addition, Patricia has been involved with X-Team International for over 10 years. Patricia is pursuing her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and has served as a board member in the past with NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association). Patricia began her career at Coldwell Banker Commercial and has won numerous awards throughout her tenure in commercial real estate. Patricia joined Strategic Sites when Kate Clifford opened the firm in 2005. In 2009 Patricia was hired as the Managing Broker for CommTrust Realty, where she made the company a success through sales and leasing, representing both landlords and tenants. She re-joined Strategic Sites in 2012 and is proud to be a part of a well respected and dedicated team. Patricia’s tenacity, honesty, and dedication to her clients, along with getting deals closed, make her a great asset.
