Patricia Cosgel
atricia Cosgel was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2022. In this role, she oversees treasury, control and administration, investor relations, risk and tax. Patricia joined AVANGRID in 2015 as Vice President of Investor Relations. Previously, she worked at UIL as Vice President and Treasurer, and prior to that, she was with Eversource for 12 years where she held various roles in the finance function, including Assistant Treasurer and Director of Enterprise Risk Management. Patricia began her career at the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston. She holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Iowa, where she passed all PhD qualifying examinations, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dickinson College where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude.
