Patrice Pichet

Patrice Pichet graduated in economics in Bordeaux and began his career as a sales agent, team leader, and then sales director in a company selling individual houses. In 1988, with the purchase of land in Bordeaux, he created his first real estate development company, Eurobat, and launched the history of the Pichet Group. In 1990, he opened his first real estate agency in Cap Ferret. Since then, he has worked to expand the Group's activities geographically, with the opening of agencies and the construction of new residences throughout the country, and also in terms of activities. The Pichet Group has expanded beyond real estate development into property administration, hotel operation, heritage asset management, and viticulture.
