Patch Cruzan

Patch Cruzan works with the acquisition team identifying and underwriting new opportunities in the Pacific Northwest and Southern California. In addition, Patch provides management services at Beaverton Creek Business Park in Portland, OR. Prior to Cruzan, Patch worked for CBRE overseeing all retail research for San Diego County. While at CBRE, Patch was awarded the Team Player of the Year award. Patch graduated from the University of Colorado where he studied History and Political Science.
