Pat Lorenz

A born and raised Delawarean, I began my real estate career in 2007 as a commercial appraiser and as an investor in 2010. I joined the Patterson-Schwartz team "part-time" in 2012, and have been building my sales business each year until joining full-time in 2017. The investment and valuation background allows me to serve my clients with a slightly different perspective on the business. I thoroughly enjoy working with buyers and sellers alike, and I'm constantly looking to improve my process to better serve my clients. I believe there are different ways to provide VALUE in this industry, and I strive to bring it to every client in a way that fits their real estate needs.
