Parveen Rampersaud

Parveen Rampersaud is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Director of Operations who brings a strong background in both real estate and economic development to every client engagement. She began her career with the Bronx Economic Development Corporation, supporting initiatives that fostered investment and growth across the borough. She then transitioned into residential real estate with The Bizzarro Agency, where she developed expertise in client representation before moving into commercial brokerage. In addition to her real estate work, Parveen co-founded Project Open Hands, a nonprofit organization dedicated to community support and empowerment. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and an MBA from Manhattan University, equipping her with the business acumen to navigate complex transactions. With experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Parveen approaches real estate with a unique perspective—focused on value creation, long-term growth, and community impact.
