Parker is a retail investments specialist focused primarily on single-tenant retail leased properties and multi-tenant retail in Washington and Oregon. He has been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly a decade. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Parker was part of CBRE’s Retail Properties Group in Seattle. Parker was a coxswain on the University of Washington Men’s Rowing Team, demonstrating leadership and teamwork. During his time on the crew, he won two National Championships and represented the United States in the Under 23 World Championships for rowing.
