Parke Day

Mr.C. Parke Day is the President of Parke Day Properties, LLC. He has been active in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1992, working primarily in the metropolitan Atlanta market developing industrial, multi-tenant office, and medical office space, as well as single tenant retail projects. He has also done retail projects in South Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Some of the tenants Mr. Day has completed projects for include Atlanta Gas Light, Jenny Pruitt and Associates Realtors, Keller Williams Realty, Sun Trust Bank, Homebanc, Starbucks, Zaxby’s, First Horizon Bank, Verizon, and Waffle House. Mr. Day serves on the Board of Directors of Crescent Bank and was one of the founding directors of Futurus Bank. He also serves as a Trustee of the Cecil B. Day Foundation, where he serves on the Investment Committee and the Executive Committee. Mr. Day is the youngest son of the late Cecil Day, founder of Days Inns of America, and Deen Day Sanders. He is a graduate of Mercer University.
