Parham Khoshbakhtian is a development specialist at Marcus & Millichap, where he holds the title of First Vice President of Investments and Director of the Land & Redevelopment Division. Parham’s focus is on the sale of development/redevelopment sites throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Parham was a Vice President at CBRE, where he focused on Investment Sales of development properties throughout Southern California. During his 20-year career in commercial real estate investment, Parham has repeatedly brought together investment sales brokers, third-party service providers and municipal agencies to provide optimal solutions for both sellers and buyers. Parham excels in finding untapped value in his client’s properties and then marketing them to a national pool of buyers to ensure his client’s specific needs are met. Parham earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from Cornell University. While at Cornell University, Parham was awarded the title of Advisory Board Scholar.
