Pamela has been very fortunate to enjoy a professional career in commercial and corporate real estate that includes 30 years of national experience with office, retail, and industrial properties. While holding key executive and national positions with Cushman & Wakefield, UGL Equis, GATX Logistics and TrizecHahn, she gained invaluable industry experience and product knowledge. Pamela’s professional accomplishments include: negotiated over 21 million square feet of lease transactions in 32 states. Managed over 6 million square feet of new construction and/or renovation projects. Performed on-site property management duties on 5 million square feet of office buildings and retail environments. Maintained all real estate aspects of a 22 million square foot logistics portfolio. Worked directly with Fortune 500 corporations to create and develop customized facilities. When providing real estate services, her objective is to be viewed as a credible industry expert who is considered to be a valuable and contributing member of her client’s team.
