Pam began her career at Burger King at the age of 16 as a Team member. Pam worked her way up the structure of the organization and has held various positions in the Burger King system. Smith is considered a “Gold Standard Operator”. Smith’s previously held positions in operations have provided her with a wealth of experience and knowledge that she freely shares with her team. Smith brings with her more than 30 years of restaurant experience. During Smith’s employment she has held position’s ranging from Team Member through Regional Director of Operations for more than 63 stores with the responsibility of 72.5 million in sales for three different states. Smith managed 8 District Managers and was responsible for all local store marketing analysis and initiation. Prior to Smith’s role as a Regional Director of Operations, she held position of District Manager for AmeriKing Corporation, a Burger King Franchise with more than 384 stores. Smith opened several new stores and managed more than 9 stores in the Chicago area. Smith was a Certified Restaurant Training Manager and while in that role managed a 2 million dollar in sales location. Smith has develop and trained many new Managers, District Managers and Regional Director’s of Operations. Smith, in her role, helped improve sales and operations and assisted in turnaround situations involving difficult circumstances. Smith has worked in the acquisitioning of stores and initiating culture change to promote results. Smith currently has multi-state responsibility for more than 137 stores within the Tri City Foods, Inc. structure Smith is a native Chicagoan and a life-long learner. Smith attended Waubonsee Community College, in Aurora, Illinois. Smith is involved in various civic and charitable activities in and around the Chicago area and continues to work closely with The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) where she has rallied her teams to raise more than $125,000 for Jerry’s kids and Children’s Memorial Hospital where they raise money every year to help support the families and children there.
