Pam spent over 25 years in management in Airline/Car Rental Revenue & Management. In the last 15 years, has specialized in industrial and retail/office sites with the seller/buyer side and landlord/tenant side and also specializes in tenant representation. Additionally her expertise includes land transactions with vacant parcels in the Southwest Florida area. As a result of working in the retail, industrial and office sites throughout Southwest Florida and has extensive experience in both the sales and leasing opportunities. She guides the customer throughout the negotiations, due diligence, and the closing process. Additionally, Pam works with landlords to understand the highest and best use for a property. She brings 35+ years of revenue and operations management to market in the most effective and efficient methods and utilizing her real estate resources and network of contacts.
