In 1997, Pam Klos began her real estate career when she became the co-owner and developer of one of the largest resorts on the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. Her aptitude for finding potential in the impossible led her to dredge the sparsely inhabited north side of the island and create beautiful sand lots. On a napkin, she drew what she felt would be a perfect resort layout, bringing to life the accomplishment of pre-selling over 108 condos and 52 waterfront villas before development. After completion, Pam decided to go a step further by continuing with ongoing sales, client resales, property management, restaurant/bar construction and management, boutique construction and property management, making her vision a reality. In 2014, Pam returned to the United States and is now with Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty in their Williamson County office. Her first success was the revitalization of a 44-lot development in the waterfront community of Old Hickory Lake. She loves working with buyers, whether it be new construction, their new personal home or investment property. While she is based here in Brentwood, she still manages referrals for Belize as well. Pam is excited to take on that unique listing that challenges her to get it marketed and sold!
