Paige Krueger

In her role as a Director of agency leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, Paige utilizes her experience in tenant representation and site selection to provide unique insights on the Chicago office market for her clients. Her experience advising tenants in higher education, healthcare, architecture, law and design allows her to bring a comprehensive consulting approach to her clients. Paige began her career at CBRE working as a Senior Analyst for the National Location Incentives team. In this role she was responsible for negotiating discretionary State and local incentives for national companies identifying favorable markets for relocation and expansion. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she worked in tenant representation at CBRE where she developed new business and negotiated commercial office leases around downtown Chicago. Paige’s understanding of Chicago office product, building ownership and the process surrounding tenant representation real estate decisions makes her uniquely suited to serve her clients in agency leasing.
