Paige Korte
Paige Korte joined Stream Realty Partners in 2021. As a Senior Associate in the Chicago Office, she is responsible for procuring new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with local, national, and global occupiers. Paige partners with new and existing clients on the development and execution of their real estate strategy including leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities. Prior to joining Stream, Paige began her real estate career at Avison Young where she represented ownership groups on the lease up strategy of their assets. Through this experience she gained understanding of how both landlords and tenants assess transactions. Paige gained local and regional market knowledge by assisting with tours, marketing, building surveys, and market research.
