Pablo Pereyra is the Principal Broker and owner of 901 REALTORS®, a family-founded real estate brokerage serving Memphis and the Mid-South since 2003. A second-generation REALTOR®, Pablo brings more than two decades of experience in real estate brokerage, banking, mortgage lending, investment properties, and business brokerage. Pablo specializes in investment real estate, commercial properties, and business-related transactions throughout the Memphis market and surrounding areas. His experience includes rental portfolios, multifamily properties, apartment buildings, fix-and-flip projects, value-add opportunities, foreclosures, REO assets, and long-term wealth-building real estate strategies. In addition to residential and investment real estate, Pablo has experience with a wide range of commercial and specialty property types, including churches, restaurants, mechanic shops, retail spaces, and mixed-use properties. He has also been involved in business brokerage activities, helping clients evaluate, structure, and facilitate the sale and purchase of operating businesses alongside real estate assets. Pablo’s background in both banking and mortgage lending provides a unique advantage in analyzing transactions from multiple perspectives, including financing structure, cash flow, risk assessment, and long-term investment performance. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Pablo serves a diverse client base that includes local Memphis residents, out-of-state investors, international buyers, and business owners seeking opportunities in the Mid-South region. His leadership within the real estate industry includes serving as a Director for both the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® and Tennessee REALTORS®, where he contributed to professional standards, industry advocacy, and policy discussions impacting property owners and investors across the state. Pablo has also been invited to speak before the Tennessee House of Representatives on issues related to real estate investment, housing, and property rights on behalf of investors and industry professionals. In recognition of his professional service and community involvement, Pablo was appointed a Colonel Aide de Camp to the Governor of Tennessee.
