Pablo is optimistic about the future of northern Manhattan. Born in Harlem Hospital in 1982 and raised in the Bronx, Pablo began working in the real estate business in 2000 at the age of 18. He learned about hard work and dedication from his mother and extended family. He had several family members who are real estate lawyers and taught him everything he needed to know about the real estate industry in New York City. He built on his experience, becoming a NYS licensed real estate broker and in 2009 opened his own brokerage, PMG Real Estate, where he has 6-7 employees consisting of brokers and support staff. Pablo works closely with landlords, doing market analysis to determine listing prices for properties. He is passionate about investing in the community’s future. He has a pulse on the area and knows what’s hot now and what’s going to be hot in the future. His business is 50%-60% in residential rentals. He has also done tremendous commercial real estate business, with his biggest deal to date last summer, closing at $9.5 million in a remarkable 2 months.
