ABOUT
Ozzie Mutz has been involved in over $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions over the past decade. Before founding Laurel Ridge, he led acquisitions and asset management for a national multifamily company with $1.5 billion of assets under management. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Operations and Investor Relations for an opportunistic real estate investment firm. Ozzie has a degree in Finance from the University of Florida. He enjoys Formula One and loves all things outdoors; in particular, he is an avid skier and an out-of-shape backpacker. He lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife and four sons.
