Owen Murphy

Owen Murphy joined Boston Realty Advisors as an Associate on the Downtown Leasing Team, specializing in landlord and tenant representation throughout Urban Boston and Cambridge. Owen’s dedicated work ethic and in-depth market focus is a valuable addition to the Downtown Leasing Team. Prior to joining Boston Realty Advisors, Owen worked in investment sales at a Newton-based firm, where he was responsible for new business development across the Office, Industrial, and Flex markets. His experience in multiple asset classes gives him a well-rounded perspective on the evolving commercial real estate landscape. Owen is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, where he was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team and a 2022 NCAA National Champion. He prides himself on building lasting relationships and maintaining a client-first approach in all his work
