Otis has held a real estate license since 2004 and practices in NY & NJ. He has recently become the Broker of Record for the New Jersey office in Hoboken. Prior to forming Centum Real Estate Group, Otis graduated from Centenary college with a degree in Business Administration in 1997, purchased his first piece of real estate shortly after in 1998 and fell in love with the real estate industry. He worked with KPMG as his first job after college and went on to play professional basketball in Europe. Upon coming back he founded a real estate company and was a managing partner that had a mortgage division, worked with foreclosures, acquisitions of distressed real estate, facilitated short sales, and specialized in creative financing. From past business to his current and beyond, Otis will work diligently to continuing his success, but more importantly, he believes in passing that success straight to the client with unparalleled real estate investment representation and advisory services.
