Orin joined SK Commercial Realty in November 2020 as an office tenant and landlord representative. Prior to joining SK, Mr. Whittaker gained experience in the real estate business working in the research department at CBRE. Through the 3.5 years in research, Orin was responsible for compiling and reporting on various statistics for the Office and Industrial quarterly reports. After leaving CB, Mr. Whittaker went on to work as a site selection analyst at Stern Development. Here he worked on finding suitable land sites to develop for national retailers across the country. Raised in East Cobb, Georgia, Mr. Whittaker attended Walton High School before receiving his degree in Consumer Affairs from The University of Alabama. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and enjoys spending time outside with his wife, Emmy, daughter Reese, and chocolate lab, Cooper.
