Shortly thereafter, in 2017, Orbell became the number one retail investment sales broker for CBRE’s Beverly Hills office, ranking him in the top ten of investment sales advisors for all of CBRE’s Southern California region. Orbell began his real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in 2003 as an Investment Associate; 17-years later he is the First Vice President of the very firm that started it all. Orbell’s graduate studies at California State University, Northridge included Business Management Information Systems with a strong emphasis in Real Estate.
