Omar Guerra, CCIM

Omar D. Guerra was born and raised in South Texas, and received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005. He began his career as a Credit Analyst for International Bank of Commerce, giving him the needed experience to enter the commercial real estate field. He has been in commercial real estate brokerage since 2011, with a concentration in land acquisition and sales, as well as retail site selection.Omar is a CCIM designee and participated in leadership programs for Real Estate Council of San Antonio and North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife enjoy the outdoors and traveling.
