Olivia brings over 10 years of brokerage experience to her partners and clients, and approaches each transaction with integrity, care, and perseverance. Prior to joining SVN, Olivia was responsible for overseeing leasing efforts within Golub & Company’s portfolio of office and medical office properties in the downtown Chicago market. She also spent six years working with HSA Commercial Real Estate’s healthcare division, HSA PrimeCare. During her time at HSA, Olivia focused on leasing and development of the firm’s medical office properties throughout the Midwest, as well as providing 3rd party leasing to American Healthcare Investors, servicing its medical office portfolio in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.
