Oliver Willman leads and oversees Four Corners Property Company’s Brokerage Activities across Dallas-Fort Worth and the surrounding markets. From private capital to institutional clients, Oliver represents a wide assortment of property owners and property types, including neighborhood and grocery-anchored shopping centers, high-end single-tenant retail, commercial land and pad sites, and ground-up construction projects. Oliver utilizes his deep-rooted knowledge of trends in the market, to provide the highest level of service to all his clients. Oliver prides himself on forging long-lasting professional relationships based on trust and applying 110 percent to every transaction, making him an essential asset to all of the clients he works with. Leveraging his comprehensive knowledge and experience in the retail sector, Oliver guides his clients towards achieving and surpassing their investment goals, making him an essential asset to all of his clients. Prior to joining Four Corners Property Company, Oliver was an Associate Director at Matthews Real Estate., where he was directly involved in handling and negotiating over 150 lease and/or sales transactions totaling over 350,000 SF in space leased and roughly $150 million of total lease and sales volume.
