Oliver Evans

Oliver Evans is a commercial real estate advisor with The Overton Group based in Wilmington, NC. He specializes in retail site selection, and investment sales across the Carolinas. Additionally, he works with clients on flex and owner-user industrial opportunities especially for growing or relocating businesses. He values building strong lasting relationships with his clients and helping navigate complex decisions with confidence and clarity. Originally from New York City, Oliver began his career in advertising tech before transitioning to real estate. In 2019, Oliver returned to Wilmington, NC, the city of his alma mater, UNCW, to establish permanent roots. He initially started in residential real estate but quickly discovered his passion for working in the commercial brokerage space. Outside of work, Oliver is a loving husband and proud dad of two boys. He enjoys sailing, surfing, golfing, and traveling.
