Oksana Karas

Oksana Karas oversees the management of Ansonia’s commercial portfolio in the Chicago MSA, which includes office, retail and industrial properties. She is responsible for leasing, management and tenant improvements performed by Ansonia’s in-house construction team. Ms. Karas earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) accreditation from IREM and received BOMA International’s Best in the Industry Award for Customer Service Excellence. Ms. Karas is an active member of IREM, CCIM, NICAR and NAR and holds an M.A. in Linguistics.
