After Graduating from the University of Florida in 2003 with a Master of Science in Real Estate Nolan continued his education in the field of Geographical Information Systems (GIS). In 2004, he completed all coursework necessary to receive his certification in GIS. GIS is software that deals with land and all of its associated attributes. GIS can be used to create detailed maps that can display comparable sale properties, wetlands onsite, topographical information, and many other attributes of interest.
