Nolan Dunn
Nolan is currently engaged in commercial real estate investment sales at Northmarq and has been practicing commercial real estate since 2021. While practicing industrial investment sales at Northmarq, Nolan specializes in the industrial outdoor storage asset class. He also provides comprehensive advisory services to his clients seeking acquisition and dispositions strategies for their business and real estate holdings — most commonly structuring and executing sale leaseback transactions. Prior to joining Northmarq, Nolan worked with Sands Investment Group on their industrial investment sales team. He has also worked with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in their institutional equities trading group, and served in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer, deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2013.
