Noelle Hsieh

Noelle Hsieh joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2015 as an associate in the Houston, Texas office, where she focuses on business development and client advisory services for companies throughout the greater Houston area. She also works with the Capital Markets division of NKF, which provides investment strategies, procures the placement of debt and equity, and assists clients with posturing acquisitions and dispositions. Ms. Hsieh is committed to understanding her clients' short and long-term needs and creating optimal real estate strategies that further their unique business objectives. Ms. Hsieh provides market analysis, lease negotiation, financial analytics, strategic planning and project support for clients in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Hsieh founded her own real estate team with her twin sister while attending the University of Houston. They remained a team after graduation. Ms. Hsieh has represented clients such as Angelo Gordon, DeVry University, Phillips 66, Southwestern Energy and State Farm Insurance Agency. Ms. Hsieh studied at the Conrad N. Hilton College, one of the top-ranked hospitality programs in the world, at the University of Houston. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2013.
