Noel Escalona

Noel Escalona is a Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services at Gatski Commercial. Born in Connecticut and raised in Chicago, IL, Noel graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and with a minor in Psychology. Noel is a Certified Public Accountant. He started his career in commercial real estate in 1992 as a property accountant with Trammell Crow Company and later transitioned to the retail brokerage group. From there, Noel held a position as Vice President of Retail at the Shiner Group and is currently a principal at Escalona Real Estate LLC Noel joins Gatski Commercial brings over 30 years’ experience with specialties in retail including landlord representation, tenant representation, land sales, land acquisitions, development services, and surplus properties. Noel has completed over 700 transactions with current and past clients including McDonald’s, AT&T, Dickey’s BBQ, California Closets, 4FrontProperties, Interpark Properties, GE Capital, Bridge 33, Phenix Salon Suites, The Children’s Place, Exxon Mobil, 7 Eleven, and others. He resides with his wife, Maggie and they split time between Nevada and Illinois. They have two children, Justin and Serena. In his spare time, Noel loves to travel, is an avid photographer/videographer, skier and runner, having finished 11 Chicago Marathons.
