Noah Birk is a Partner with Kiser Group. Since 2012, Noah has sold more apartment buildings than any broker in Chicago. With over $1 billion in sales and an average of fifty (50) buildings sold per year, Noah has established himself as one of the most prolific multifamily brokers in the country. Together with his Partner, Aaron Sklar, the duo lead the Birk | Sklar Team within Kiser Group. The team primarily focuses on the disposition of apartment buildings on the south and west sides of Chicago. Understanding their submarkets with block by block knowledge has yielded their clients record-setting results which have been featured in Crain’s Chicago Business, The Real Deal, and several other national publications. Outside of real estate brokerage, Noah is a seasoned real estate investor and operator. He and his partners have amassed a sizable portfolio rooted in Chicago and across the country. Outside of real estate, Noah leads a basketball ministry that caters to young men and women throughout Chicagoland. To date, the ministry has served over 1,400 people. Noah graduated with a business degree from Carthage College, where he was a defensive back on the football team. Noah resides in Burr Ridge with his wife and three children.
