Niven Patel

Niven began his real estate career out of high school where he interned at Grubb & Ellis. After college, he joined Marcus & Millchap where after 3 years he was promoted to Senior Associate and finished in the top 5 in the country for hotel brokerage. Most recently Niven was a partner at Hotel Assets Group for 4 years. Patel is a member of AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Association) where he served as an Ambassador for the state of Florida in 2009. Locally, Patel is a member of the 13 Ugly Men, a local non-profit organization where he helps organize events to raise money for local charities, specifically children’s charities and charities against domestic abuse.
