NITA RODRIGUEZ

Nita has been in real estate for over 18 years. She attended Rose State College to get her degree then moved to Lawton,OK where she obtained her real estate license. She decided to go into real estate because she found it to be a great opportunity for helping people find happiness long term. She helps clients who are looking to buy homes, sell homes,remodel homes, and build homes.. She is specifically experienced in strategic planning, transaction management, and rapid response. She doesn’t mind going the extra mile, or the extra hour, for a customer. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her grandchildren. She even brings her granddaughter, age 6, to work sometimes to show her how to interact with people in a polite manner. Since Nita focuses so highly on her customer service, she instills that in her family as well. On top of going the extra mile for her clients, she enjoys supporting other Realtors in her area. She attends many broker opens to get the first look at houses that come onto the market. This gives her an advantage of helping her coworkers and helping to ensure that her clients have every opportunity possible for the perfect home. Whether at home or at the office, Nita is always trying to find new ways to not only help her clients but to help her community. Sometimes it’s just about meeting new people and showing them the great community that they will be living in.
