Nisha has been in the real estate industry for more than 14 years experience across both commercial and residential brokerage. Nisha specializes in multifamily investments, leasing, acquisitions, and project coordination and is in the process of completing her MSRE at the University of Washington with a focus on multifamily analysis, financial modeling, development, and land use. Nisha's industry experience includes off-market opportunities, negotiating complex deals, and long-term client relationships. Nisha currently lives in University Place, and prior to joining Lee & Associates was 10 years with the Luxur Group / John L. Scott, where she closed 400+ transactions totaling $200M +, built analysis and pro-formas to evaluate deal feasibility, and orchestrated transaction negotiations. Additionally, Nisha was a Real Estate Business Coach from 2021 - 2023, and a team lead during her time with the Federal Service supervising teams supporting land use, and infrastructure under USACE.
