I have enjoyed serving our real estate community and surrounding areas of Tucson since 1997. I have a strong network of connections and 30+ years of building relationships in business. In addition to hard work ethics, I have a financial background and worked in commercial and residential lending which helps me to understand both sides of the transaction. I am highly skilled in negotiations and enjoy the complexity to find solutions in difficult situations or unique properties and end with a win win result. I enjoy working in the luxury residential markets as well as with investment properties. One niche area I love helping, is our locals coming back into the work force or new businesses opening or expanding in commercial space. Tenant Represention is on the rise and leasing commercial space has given me the opportunity to help represent those looking to open their businesses. I enjoy being active in our community.
