Niles Helmboldt

Niles has over 25 years of various retail sales experience. He has worked with brands such as Ralph Lauren, Coach, Williams-Sonoma, Bank of America, and most recently, Planned Grocery. Niles plans to put his vast knowledge of the retail industry to use by specializing in the retail sector of commercial real estate with an emphasis on both landlord and tenant representation, investment property sales and acquisitions, and retail development in the greater Columbia area. Prior to his career in sales, Niles earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Boston University. Niles is a member of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce and Eastminister Presbyterian Church. Outside of the office, Niles loves spending time with his family and showing his growing children the world around them and the possibilities that await them.
