Before co-founding Zebra Capital in 2021, Niko forged his extensive CRE skills at AGM, a boutique full service commercial real estate company in Seattle, with focus on value add properties in the Puget Sound area. Niko moved up the company from a financial analyst to STNL division director in the 10-year tenure at AGM. At Zebra, Niko focuses on serving clients in the STNL arena nationwide, with an emphasis on drugstore and Florida real estate.
