Niklas Markley

As a Vice President of Brokerage Services, Niklas works day-to-day with Metro brokers Joe Dougherty and Brandon Anapol assisting with landlord and tenant representation. He also works closely with Kathy Sawin specializing in high end retail, lifestyle centers, and mixed-use developments. Niklas has been a member of the Metro team since 2019 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. He is a graduate of The University of Colorado.
