Nikkie Abascal joined FECR in 2011, bringing over 20 years of practical professional experience, including commercial and residential leasing/sales, interior design, public relations, project management, and marketing. She has employed these proficiencies in both U.S. and Mexican markets, with a high degree of success. With her specialized skill set, Nikkie has been responsible for selecting market segments for proactive development, building long-term competitive advantages, positioning companies in appropriate and high income-producing markets, and executing marketing plans within designated target sectors. As Director of Leasing, Nikkie is responsible for lease negotiation and administration for FECR’s office/retail properties in Downtown Miami, including One Bayfront Plaza and Bayfront Executive Center, as well as the commercial space at Opera Tower and the Club at Brickell Bay. Nikkie graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts.
