Over the last two decades, Niki has effectively managed, negotiated & sold over 500,000SF of commercial, industrial, retail & high-end luxury real estate in 3 states (CA, WA, & TX). Her and her husband have 4 beautiful children together; two of which are special needs children adopted from local foster care and two biological children. Another passion of Niki’s is working with their 2 Gypsy horses Galileo & Milky Way. These beauties provide animal therapy to children & Veterans in need through their own faith based animal therapy program, Shining Light Sanctuary.
