Niki Flocas

Niki Flocas focuses on acquisitions analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence for IRG. She is an integral part of all steps of the acquisition process from sourcing deals, developing assumptions, creating financial models, sourcing capital, and analyzing asset performance after close. This includes working with the acquisition team, senior executives, property managers, outside brokers, leasing agents, and potential lenders. Prior to IRG, Ms. Flocas obtained her CPA license and worked as an auditor specializing in Real Estate and Private Equity clients at Ernst & Young. Niki currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
