Nigel Tapp
Nigel has over twenty years’ experience in commercial and residential property, having worked at major national practices including CB Richard Ellis. Formerly a partner at Allsop running their residential investment and development agency team in the North of England, Nigel opened his own firm in 2005 to be able to offer his clients the kind of focused and personal service he believed they deserved. Nigel advises on all types of property, and specializes in the residential investment and development sectors. He offers a full range of commercial property services, including lettings, sales, acquisitions, rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations and associated advice. Nigel acts for many Housing Associations and Charities across the North of England. Travel is a big part of Nigel’s life. At 18, he lived in Israel during his post-school gap year, then married his wife Claire in his early twenties and had a second year abroad with her in 1993 travelling overland through Kenya to South Africa and visiting rural development projects. More recently he and his family volunteered at an AIDS project in the Soweto township in South Africa. His adventures are currently directed at Triathlon training, being an active member of his local church and spending time with his two children, son Henry now 16 and daughter Bethany 14. The family live near Wetherby.
