Nicole Canole

Nicole is the CEO of East + Ivy and comes from a military background, serving eight years in the Armed Forces before becoming a Financial Policy Analyst for the Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office in Washington, DC. She went on to open an Interior Design Firm and become the Lead Stager for a nationally ranked staging company, where she developed her love for real estate. In her first year in the industry, she was recognized as Long and Foster’s company-wide Rookie of the Year and has been recognized in the top 5% of agents nationwide every year since. She is a Platinum Member of NVAR's Top Producer's club and serves in leadership on various committees for the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. Canole has a BS in Business Administration from Limestone College in Gaffney, SC where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is originally from Columbia, SC and is the Mom to beautiful retired racing Greyhounds.
